ProWorks :: What is Haven

One of the best examples of ProWorks’ aggressive pursuit of leading edge solutions is Haven, a revolutionary web based system that brings unparalleled visibility and analytical power to customers and ProWorks’ employees. Developed entirely by ProWorks, Haven integrates supply chain data from our ERP system, manufacturing data from Rhythm our proprietary Manufacturing Execution System and relevant third party data such as inventory availability from suppliers or data sheets from component manufacturers and delivers this data in an analytically rich format that allows continuous drill down into more detailed information. Today, ProWork’s customers are able to log into Haven over a secure Internet connection and obtain real time information such as:

WIP Status information on Jobs by serial number and factory operation
Trending of Yields with paretos of defects encountered down to the serial number/reference designator level
Detailed shortages information for upcoming builds, including commentary
On hand balances for each customer part number
On Order balances for each customer part number
Quantities available for sale by our suppliers for each customer part number.
Direct links to manufacturer data sheets for any customer part number

Haven provides a common language to streamline communications between ProWorks and our customers. With an Internet connection, both ProWorks and our customers can be looking at the same real time information from the comfort of their respective offices (at work or at home) and immediately make collaborative decisions on critical issues. The open visibility provided by Haven allows customers to answer most of the critical questions about shortages, on hand balances, WIP status and others themselves through an easy to navigate browser based tool.
