Bill has been with ProWorks since its inception in September 2001 and brings 18 years of financial and general management experience to the company. Bill started with the Company as the Chief Financial Officer. Over his first five years at ProWorks, the scope of his responsibilities expanded to include Supply Chain Management, Business Development and Program Management culminating in his promotion to President and CEO in January 2007. Prior to joining ProWorks, Bill was the founding partner of Equire Associates, LLC, a private management consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the EMS Industry. Prior to Equire Associates, Bill held various Financial and Sales Management positions at Ascend Communications, Inc. where he first served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and later as Director of Sales Operations. Prior to Ascend, Bill held various financial management positions at National Semiconductor, Inc. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with high honors. |

Dave Diffenderfer - Vice President of Materials |

Dave joined the ProWorks Executive Management team in 2005 and brings to ProWorks over 25 years of diversified experience in Supply Chain Integration, Materials Management, Planning, Logistics and Manufacturing Operations. Dave has extensive experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) Industry and specializes in Strategic Supply Chain development and ERP / MRP Planning and Control System implementation and optimization. Prior to joining ProWorks, Dave held senior executive level positions in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations for 16 years with a Global, Top Tier, EMS company where his responsibilities included West Coast site materials and manufacturing management as well as the implementation and development of supplier relationships, strategies and operational policies worldwide. Dave's previous experience also includes 10 years in materials and operations management in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. |

Simon Ip - Vice President of Finance, Controller |

Simon joined the ProWorks Executive Management team in 2005 and brings to ProWorks 18 years of experience and a breadth of business and legal skills including financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, SEC reporting, business law and systems design and analysis. Prior to joining ProWorks, Simon was Business Unit Controller at Coherent, Inc., a leading provider of photonics based solutions. Simon holds a BBA in finance and information systems from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he graduated with distinction. Simon also holds a Juris Doctor degree with concentrations in Business and Commercial Law from the Santa Clara University School of Law. |

David Longshore - Vice President of Sales and Business Management |

David joined the ProWorks Executive Management Team in early 2007 and brings to ProWorks over 15 years of diversified management experience. David brings experience in Sales Management and Marketing, Supply Chain Solutions, and Continuous Process Improvement Techniques. David also has a thorough understanding of electronic components as well as strong relationships with strategic suppliers. Prior to joining ProWorks David held a General Sales Manager position at a leading electronic distribution company where his team focused on optimizing supply chain solutions to enhance inventory velocity and improve customer’s cash flow cycle. David has also completed a 20 year career with the United States Army, retiring as a Battalion Sergeant Major. David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Columbia College. |

Wayne Firsty - Vice President of Engineering and Product Realization |

Wayne Firsty joined the ProWorks executive management team in mid 2007 bringing with him over 15 years of manufacturing, operations, and engineering management leadership. He has solid experience in leading manufacturing engineering teams and driving product realization success by leveraging various engineering, manufacturing and supply chain strategies and tactics. Prior to joining ProWorks, Wayne held VP and Director positions at hardware technology OEMs including Fabric7 Systems, Procket Networks, and Amber Networks. He also served as General Manager of Flextek Components, an enclosure company, Director of Operations for Actuant, an electrical products company, and a Plant and Manufacturing Manager for multiple divisions of Stanley Works.Wayne has both an MBA and a MS in Manufacturing from M.I.T. as well as a Bachelors degree in Finance from Wharton and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania Engineering School. |

Faiyaz Syed - Senior Director of Operations and Test |

Faiyaz has been with ProWorks since 2002. He brings to the ProWorks’ team a unique combination of a thorough understanding of fundamental engineering concepts in PC board and system level manufacturing processes with a practical understanding and acute problem solving skill set in solderability and reliability issues. Prior to joining ProWorks, Faiyaz was an Engineer with Flextronics International where he managed New Product Introduction initiatives and their transition to production environments. Faiyaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University. |

Truc Nguyen - Director of Quality Systems |

Truc Nguyen joined ProWorks in September 2002 and holds the position of Director, Quality Systems. Prior to joining ProWorks he was a Quality Manager at OTC Wireless, Inc and PCB Assembly, Inc. Prior to OTC Wireless and PCB Assembly he was a senior Quality Engineer at Harris Corporation for many years. Truc has been the key enabler and leader in ProWorks' extensive certification program which includes ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System, AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, IPC RoHS Lead Free and ESD S20.20 Electrostatic Discharge.Truc holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from San Francisco State University, a Master of Science Degree in Technology Management from Golden Gate University and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from California Coast University. In addition, he has been certified as a RABQSA Lead Auditor in Quality Management System, an ASQ certified Engineer (CQE), an ASQ certified auditor (CQA), ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM), a certified IPC-A-600 trainer, a certified IPC-A-610 trainer. He also competed Lead Auditor training in AS9100 Aerospace Quality System Management and ISO13485 Medical Quality System Management. |
